How to order?
There are two ways for you to order products from our website now.
- One is Online Order (recommended), using our secure online shopping cart, to place your order.
- The other is Email Order. If you wish, you can email an order to firstname.lastname@example.org
*Please note that when order by email, be sure your total item price has covered our minimum amount for wholesale order. Actually we are a wholesaler of jewelry beads and supplies, and offer the unbeatable wholesale pricing.
It is easy to place online order here with 8Seasons. Below steps may help you to place your order quickly and safely.
Step1 > Sign in/Register
Please be sure to login or register first so that the items in your shopping cart can be saved automatically. Current customers can login using your previously registered email address and password
Step 2> Find the items you want
Browse our product category or search by the keyword search box located on every page of our store to quickly find an item. You can view each product detail by clicking on the item image or title.
If an item sells out, your search result will show as below. Click the Restock Notification to get a quick note when this item back in stock. You will receive a notification that when the item is available
Step 3> Add the items to your shopping cart
Once find the item you decide to buy, enter the quantity and then click “add to cart”. Of course you can adjust the quantity or the contents of your shopping cart as necessary.
Make some changes to your shopping cart as below.
(1) Click “back to shopping” button or directly to Item Category you desired to continue shopping if you wish to add new items in your shopping cart;
(2) To change the quantity of any item, type the new quantity you would like to order and then click on the “update” button;
(3) "Estimate shipping" button allows you to get the general information about the shipping weight and cost of your parcel. (This function is available now only if you login or register first).
Step 4> Review and submit your order
After done shopping, please review the items in your shopping cart. Then click the checkout button to checkout process.
* If you have not logged in or registered, you will be directed to the Login/Register page to sign in.
Step 5> Check out
Following the instructions step by step to complete your order
- Shipping—choose your shipping method here. Usually our system has selected an economical and fast shipping method automatically. Certainly you can make changes as you desired. Then click the continue checkout button to next step
* Please ensure this is an accurate shipping address where we can send your parcel safely.
- Payment— check your billing address and made a selection of your payment method. Once you have done all, click continue checkout to the third step
* This is the page where you can enter our promotion code. Do not forget your RCD coupon code for 3% discount off.
- Order confirmation—this page will give you the summary of your order. Once click the confirm order, you will get your order number at the top of this page. Please offering this number if you contact our customer service regarding your order. Meanwhile an email order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address immediately upon your order submitted successfully. Next we will process your order within 1-2 business days.
Step 6> Be sure to check your email box for Order Dispatch Notification
To provide our best service to you, we will keep you updated about your order status in time. Normally your parcel will be shipped out within 2 business days after payment received. You will be expected to receive a dispatch notification when your parcel shipped out. So if you have not received the dispatch notification on time, please feel free to contact us. We will check it for you ASAP, to ensure that we can ship your parcel out without delay. Thank you for your time.

Order via email
In addition to online orders, we also accept email order which is a quick and easy way to place your order. You just need to complete the following information in your email to us.
1> Order information:
List the items your wish to order including the item Part No., the quantity of each item. For example, if you would like this stardust bead, please offer us its Item No. “B03325” and the quantity you desired.
2> Payment information:
Generally we recommend you paypal, which is safe and convenient for buyer. You can feel free to send me your paypal account email address. We will send invoice for you to pay.
We also accept Western Union Instant Money Transfer and Wire Transfer/Direct Bank Transfer Payment.
