Q. Do I have to pay custom duties?

A: We are an experienced seller, we shipped out hundreds of parcels every day, almost all of our customers do not need to pay tax for custom clearance. Generally we will mark your parcel as gift or sample on custom declaration form, and we will also state the value of your parcels as low as we can. Q. Do you offer shipping discount?

A: Yes, we do offer shipping discount. If your order weight more than 35KG, please kindly contact us to inquiry about the shipping fee. Normally we can get better discount from China Post when parcel's weight reached 35KG. You can feel confident to place order here, best shipping fee will be offered.

Q. Is it necessary for me to calculate shipping fee by myself?

A: No, after you choose the country your parcel will be shipped to during checkout procedure, our system will calculate the postage for you automatically based on the above rate table.

Q. Why do you cut down your shipping cost again?

A: All along our business, we are using China Post to ship our parcels. With our business growing so much that China Post have offered us discounted shipping!!! So, rather than maintaining the prices as they were &ndash, we prefer to pass on the savings to you. This time, China Post has offered us a GREAT 70% discount on our Registered Mail! Q. Does heavier parcels equal higher shipping costs?

A: Well, in normal cases, this is true. However, not all the cases are the same. Take Normal DHL (KD Agent) for example, for parcels weighing 21kg, it only cost US$137.63, which is much lower than US$153.62 charged for 17kg parcels. The reason is that when parcel reach 21kg, we could get better shipping price from post agent.

A: For Express shipping method, such as EMS and DHL, items must be received and signed by the addressee (or someone at the house).

Express Couriers will never leave the item unattended. If there is no one at home when they attempt delivery, they will contact you by phone (If you have provided your number), and try to redeliver it.

If they cannot reach you by phone and after they have tried for several times, they will return the items to us. If this happen, you need to pay additional shipping charge for the re-delivery. We encourage you to leave your phone Number to increase safety and avoid unnecessary delivery delays.

Q. How do you secure the safety of goods during delivery?
