Hello Everyone! I’m Alice.
I am a mother of two boys, and I am also very proud of being the Quality Control Department manager of 8Seasons! I love both of my kids and my everyday work. I am so happy to share my children's photos and my work here with all of you, my dear friends.

Our Quality Control department is a strong team, currently including about 70 members and we believe we are the Key department of 8Seasons. My staff are Young and Energetic, who are conscientious and love their work very much.
Our entire staff and I are really excited about what we do here, and take great pride in it.
Our aim is to “Offer the best possible value for each dollar you spend here”.

Our Beliefs
As with all the 8Seasons Company, we believe that Quality Control is the most important part of our business. We strive to provide superior quality products to our customers by strict control in our Quality Control department. It is rewarding to note that our products have earned a world-wide reputation for being the best quality available.
Our Task
We inspect the quality of all the products before they are sent to our customers and we divide them into three grades:
- The First Grade are our Qualified Products, which are the beautiful items our customers receive.
- The Second Grade products are those with a slight flaw, perhaps in their appearance, which does not affect the use of the products. For example, please have a look at the “FLAW CLEARANCE” area on the website. Yes, these products have minor flaws, but we believe they are of great value as their price is unbeatable.
- The Third Grade products are those we consider inferior, which means that the flaw affects their use, or are simply not fit for sale. These are immediately discarded.
What to do if you receive a problem product?
If you happen to receive a product which you believe has a Quality Control Issue, please do let us know immediately. As you know , with thousands of items going through our systems, occasionally one slips through. Whilst we work very hard in order to prevent this from happening. If it's happened, please let us know. It is our foremost desire that only high-quality products are sold under our “First Grade” banner.
If you receive something you believe is of inferior quality, we will do all in our power to rectify the problem. Please take your time to take a photo or scan of the item in question, or the item and it’s packaging in the case of a mis-marked item. This is invaluable in assisting us to improve our work.
Along with our apology for any inconvenience caused to you, we will also replace any items that do slip through our stringent quality control.
