Welcome to the terms and conditions ("Terms") for 8Seasons Club. These Terms are between you and 8Seasons Services and govern our respective rights and obligations. The Terms, together with applicable terms and conditions related to any promotional offers provided to you for use with Club, constitute the entire agreement between you and 8Seasons.com related to the Club membership. Please note that all your conducts on the 8seasons.com website and application of Club membership are also governed by our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements on the 8Seasons.com website, all of which (as changed over time) are incorporated into these Terms. If you sign up for a Club membership, it means you accept all these terms, conditions, limitations and requirements. Please read these Terms carefully.

1. Shipping Privilege

Club members are entitled to free express delivery.

  • * We would assign a few shipping methods for you according to the weight, size, and address of your parcel, including the FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.
  • * Availability of shipping privilege depends on inventory availability and, in some cases, the shipping address. If the items you has ordered is out of stock or unavailable to ship, we will get it to you by airmail after it's back in stock.
  • * If you would like to use another shipping method instead of what we've assigned for you, we might charge you part of the price difference according to the specific conditions of your parcel.
  • * This service now is only available to customers whose address belongs to the United States United Kingdom, Germany, France, Norway, Luxembourg, Japan, Australia, Singapore, Mexico, Slovakia, Puerto Rico, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden, South Korea, Malaysia, India, Poland, Hungary, Canada, Austria, Spain, Denmark, Switzerland, Finland, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Czech Republic, Portugal and Russia. For the remote area, we still need to charge part of Extended Area Surcharge.
  • * You can enjoy this shipping privilege together with order discount, VIP discount, commodity discount and coupons, but not with any other shipping discount or RCD discount.
2. Applicable Items and Orders

When total product price reaches US$99, you can enjoy assigned free express delivery. All of the items are suitable for Club members,but due to the increasing labor cost, you will pay US$2.49/kg for warehouse handling and packing fee.

  • * If dimensional weight exceeds the actual weight, handling charges will be calculated based on dimensional weight by some couriers.
  • * Changing orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preferences might affect Club application.
3. Coupons for Club Member

Club member can enjoy total US$200 coupons, including 12 coupon of US$ 15 and a coupon of US$20.

1)US$15 coupon each month(from the first month to twelfth month since you join club)

  • * You will get your first coupon once you join our club.
  • * All these coupons will expire at the end of a month.
  • * You can use them when total product price reached US$49.

2) An extra US$20 coupon in birthday month

  • * You need to set your birthday in "my account" first so that we can send this coupon to you.
  • * Once been set, the date cannot be changed.
  • * You can use them when total product price reached US$49.
4. Free Sample & Catalogue

You could order our latest catalogues at US$0. Based on our stock and cost, we may offer you free samples, which would be sent out together with your latest order.

  • * You could request for some samples by email to your personal customer service manager.
  • * We would send the samples according to the items you need based on our stock and cost.
  • * We reserve the right to adjust the type and amount of samples according to our stock.

5. VIP Product Sourcing Service

When you couldn't find the item you need on 8seasons.com website, or you need customize an item, we have special staff to help you search for the proper products, and offer feedback about the item so that you could order conveniently.

* You could submit your inquiry to Customize. Or you could also send the relevant information of the item you need to your personal customer service manager via email, such as the picture, color, size, amount, and link and so on. She will arrange a special person to help you search for the item at first time, and try best to offer feedback in 72 hours.

6. Other Limitations

* We reserve the right to accept or refuse membership in our discretion.

* You might not transfer or assign your Club membership or any Club benefits.

* We reserve the right to modify some terms.

7. Membership Cancellation

We will refund your full membership fee if you cancel your Club membership before you have made any applicable purchases. You are not entitled to any refund if you cancel after you have made any applicable purchases.

* If you need to cancel your Club membership, you just need to contact with your personal customer service manager.

8. Promotional Memberships

We might offer certain customers various promotional memberships sometimes, which are subject to the Terms except as otherwise stated in the promotional offers.

9. Agreement of Changes

We might, in our discretion, change the Terms, 8Seasons.com's Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice, or any aspect of Club membership, without notice in advance. If any change to these terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions.
YOUR CONTINUED MEMBERSHIP AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP.

10. Termination by Us

We retain the right to terminate your membership. If we do so, we would offer you a prorated refund based on the number of full months remaining in your membership. However, we would not offer any refund for termination related to conducts that we determine, in our discretion, it violates these Terms or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse of the Club membership, or is harmful to our rights and interests or any other users. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.

11. Limitation of Liability

BESIDES OTHER LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS IN 8Seasons.COM'S CONDITIONS OF USE, ON NO CONDITION SHALL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS AGAINST OR DAMAGES OR LOSSES(DIRECT OR INDIRECT, ACTUAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL) OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO CLUB.OUR TOTAL LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, WILL NOT EXCEED THE LAST ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE YOU PAID. THESE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY WILL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND WILL SURVIVE CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION OF YOUR CLUB MEMBERSHIP. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS MIGHT NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
