Holiday Notice:

Because of the Chinese Spring Festival, all people in China will take a long holiday with families. Our holiday is from Jan. 26th to Feb 2nd (China Time UTC+8), and our last shipping day is Jan.25th.
Though we have prepared enough stock before factories closed, the inventory is decreasing fast day by day. So we strongly suggest you place order before Jan.24th to receive your package earlier.

  • 1. If you want to return the goods simply on your personal reason instead of 8seasons-related reasons, we are sorry to remind you that the returning shipping cost is on your own charge.
  • 2. If there is a quality-related issue, please just send the pictures as the evidence within 30 days after you receive the goods. We will respond within 24 hours. And once confirmed, you may choose partial refund or replacements.
  • 3. We will take responsibility to the returning goods due to quality problem within 180 days since the date you receipt.
