10. What is the processes of "Vacuum Plating"for stainless steel products? What are their advantages?

A: This is a process of electroplating. It is a green and environmentally friendly technology. The advantages are: 1) Uniform coating with high gloss, 2) Variety of colors to mimic different metal appearances, 3) Environmentally friendly with no harmful gas emission.

11. Why do some products have REACH labels in their titles, but others do not?

A: We will test products from different factories from time to time. If the test is passed, we will add REACH labels to make customers feel more assured. Products that are not labeled do not mean that they have not passed the test, but that they have not been tested yet. Because we have many products, if each one is tested, the cost will be higher. If you have any requirements, you can contact our sales for further confirmation. Of course, we will continue to do this product testing work, so more products will be labeled with REACH labels in the future.
