\"I first ordered from 8 Seasons back in November 2009, the service that they provide is second to non, so needless to say I have returned time and time again. The VIP reward scheme is great, I am now a DIAMOND member. I often find beads I like in England, but they are very costly, on numerous occasions I have contacted Linden in customer services and she finds them for me, at a fraction of the cost, you can ask for more than that. The site has developed so much since November and hopefully will continue to do so. Keep up the good work, love it!!\"

\"just a quick update from my last comment where i said they you guys should do more mixed bags. well i just wanted everyone to know the customer service contacted me to let me know they would be happy to add more mixed bags of beads from all different colors of the same sizes to all different sizes of the same colors. that\'s great service in my book. i ask for something and i get it. i even asked for something that was not stocked by the company and they offered to search the local markets for it. what more can i say that is above and beyond the call of duty. so real big thank you!\"

I have used this site to make just about all my items on my website. the only thing i would as to be changed would be to add more mixed bags so i don\'t have to buy 3000 of one color and size bead to get the best savings. but other wise this site is perfect!\"

I can ask Lucy to find a certain color bead and she sends several suggestions - with pictures! This certainly saves time re searching. The pictures of the staff are so very cute!\"
