I have placed 64 orders since 2015 totalling around £12,500. I can honestly say that only one item was missing and one clasp was broken on a necklace but that was easily fixed. My named account manager and her replacement work very hard to source items for me. Thank you.

I wanted to add 2 more items to an order and was told to make a separate order and they would shio together. Why should i pay twice for shipping? I won't be back.

Hello pat, we can not add items to your order in your account, after you submit your order. Only you make an order again and then we combine them in our system. Or you pay the order first and then we add items to your order in our system. Best Regards, Emily

Love there products. Shipping is just okay. I live in Florida and they have a warehouse in Florida. But there is NO option to have it shipped from Florida. I have contacted them several times and the only choice I have is to have it shipped from NY. So it goes from Florida to NY and back to me.

I have to say that this is an honest seller with excellent customer service skills and I've spent enough money on this website to know that you get a fair deal and that everything is represented honestly and clearly. With 2 good sized orders under my belt, the shipping was fast, the order exact and the merchandise of high quality. I highly recommend this seller and these products. 10. What is the processes of "Vacuum Plating"for stainless steel products? What are their advantages?

A: This is a process of electroplating. It is a green and environmentally friendly technology. The advantages are: 1) Uniform coating with high gloss, 2) Variety of colors to mimic different metal appearances, 3) Environmentally friendly with no harmful gas emission.

11. Why do some products have REACH labels in their titles, but others do not?

A: We will test products from different factories from time to time. If the test is passed, we will add REACH labels to make customers feel more assured. Products that are not labeled do not mean that they have not passed the test, but that they have not been tested yet. Because we have many products, if each one is tested, the cost will be higher. If you have any requirements, you can contact our sales for further confirmation. Of course, we will continue to do this product testing work, so more products will be labeled with REACH labels in the future.

A: We test based on the dimension of "factory". For example, we will randomly test one product with the same material and craftsmanship from the same factory, and then these products will share the same certificate.
