I love 8seasons! The service is amazing. The website has several languages versions. Translation to Russian is funny. So I prefer English one. Prices are attractive. Only postal fee makes me sad. All the emails are replied in a day. Customer manager Lida is cheerful and polite and speaks Russian, what is very convinient. All the problems are solved in a way to satisfy a client.
So, I willingly recommend 8seasons to everyone!
8seasons - замечательный сайт, где можно купить бусины и материалы для рукоделия. Радует, что есть русскоязычная версия сайта и менеджер Лида - всегда вежливая и пишет на русском. Цены отличные, только пересылка дороговата. Заказывайте смело! Все будет отлично! Даже если возникнут какие-либо проблемы, их мигом решат так, чтобы максимально удовлетворить клиента.

Спасибо большое за оперативность и ответственность в работе! Посылка дошла довольно быстро. Всё - в сохранности (даже стекло). Большая благодарность менеджерам за помощь в оплате и переписку "до конца". Цены приятные для оптовиков, а уж поддержка - действительно, впечатляет! Заботятся о клиентах, притом есть скидки накопительные и разные поощрения!

Thank you to Cathy Chen. I made an error when placing my order and Cathy was very quick to correct my problem. Even though the error was mine solely, the issue was fixed with great speed and handled totally via email in a very professional manner. I am a recent customer to 8seasons, but with my total satisfaction I see lots of orders in my future. All dealings with the company have been online or through email and responses are always very quick. Don't be scared by the shipping charges, even after shipping is added, the pricing cannot be beat.

I love this company. I was looking for dragon charms to make bracelets. My daughter's high school mascot is the dragon and the charm I found was an excellent price and after making a few and selling them, I just ordered more because everone now wants the cute dragon jewelry. The dragon looks just like their mascot picture. Only place I found one at all. Shipping is quick and not super expensive as it is coming all the way from China. I have placed I think 4 or 5 orders. Waiting for 2 orders to arrive at this time.

I'm an artisan since two years and only know 8seasons from this year; it's such an excellent company, always great prices, fast shipping (New Caledonia is so far from everywhere!! but the delivery is fast like one week! unusual when I have to wait one month sometimes) and everyone is so kind if you have any question. I would highly recommend this company.

Superb!
I paid on 15/8/2013, was informed that my package was shipped to me on 18/8/2013, and received my package yesterday on 20/8/2013! Mind you, I'm from Sarawak, Malaysia.
All these done while I was still in a discussion with dear Miss Ivy regarding "sold-out items" replacements. And I am now waiting for the replacements, with postage fee waived! :)

Огромное спасибо!!! Получила две посылки, одна дошла за 3,5 недели, вторая всего за 2,5 недели, я считаю, что это очень быстро!!! Товар отличный, мне все очень понравилось.
