Just wanted to say that this is the very best company I've ever used since doing business! They have excellent customer service and the website is very user friendly not to mention the price of the items being very affordable. The best part is how they share their history and how the company became what it is today. The photos of the owner and empolyees, children and others give that personal touch to allow you to feel as if you've known everyone for quite a while. I've asked them to find many items for me that were not on the website and now somehow they are!!
Great job everyone.... I hope to be like 8seasons one day.

I have ordered from Dora Beads and 8 Seasons on Ebay several times and have always been very happy with my purchases. This is the first time I've ordered through the 8 Seasons website and I have to say they have exceeded my expectations! The customer service and follow up communications are great! I made a very large order with some trepidation. I need not have worried as all the products I bought were fantastic. Bonnie was so helpful and because of her help I paid hardly any Customs Duty in the Uk when it arrived. I want to thank you all for amazing customer service, especially Bonnie this time. I have to say that 8seasons is for me the best overseas supplier I know! Not only the the items have fantastic quality, the entire service is great and I MUST refer the girls at the chat room! I already contacted them all and I have to say they are extremely nice, helpful, pacient, amazing!!
